DBT Skills Group
We provide a small private group setting that will focus on learning new ways of living. Learn new ways to be assertive and to manage intense emotions in the moment. These skills help to improve your quality of life and relationships.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
The center provides individualized therapy that focuses on improving all areas of your life. We will work with you to improve your sense of wellbeing and peace.
One way that people often struggle is that they focus too much on regrets they have about the past or worries about what might happen in the future. Our center uses a mindfulness based approach to work on being present in the moment. We offer workshops that focus on radical acceptance and mindfulness.

We are currently accepting new clients in our outpatient program and all services are being provided via telehealth (videoconferencing or phone). Call for more information!
