We provide a small private group setting that will focus on learning new ways of living. Learn new ways to be assertive and to manage intense emotions in the moment. These skills help to improve your quality of life and relationships.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
The center provides individualized therapy that focuses on improving all areas of your life. We will work with you to improve your sense of wellbeing and peace.
One way that people often struggle is that they focus too much on regrets they have about the past or worries about what might happen in the future. Our center uses a mindfulness based approach to work on being present in the moment. We offer various workshops that focus on things like radical acceptance and mindfulness.
Who We Are
I’m the founder and Director of the Women’s Center for DBT. The practice has been providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy services for over six years in Woburn formally as a small private practice. I personally have been intensively trained through Behavior Tech and have over 12 years of experience providing sensitive and confidential care to the people that come to expect the very best.
